The Coffee Club - Whitehorse

I frequent this restaurant often to enjoy a coffee, work on tasks, and occasionally meet with colleagues. The Coffee Club membership offers excellent value, as you can purchase one coffee and receive another one for free, resulting in significant savings. They also have convenient laptop charging stations available. Tony puts in a lot of effort to ensure everything runs smoothly.

This restaurant was very average. I had not been here since before the Covid restrictions. The meal was just okay, the bruschetta was dry and hard, with some pesto that seemed pre-prepared. I asked for avocado on the side but it was not fresh, possibly from a squeeze bottle. The food was served on plastic plates. The staff seemed timid and had poor communication. The man at the cash register was unfriendly and did not ask how our meal was. I definitely would not recommend this place and do not plan on returning.

I ordered a meal online from a restaurant and they did not deliver. When I called, a very rude woman informed me that they had prepared the food but the Uber driver did not arrive. She was not willing to arrange for another Uber and told me it was my problem. Her condescending and smug demeanor made it clear that she believed there was nothing I could do about it. People like her seem to enjoy taking advantage of others, and she appeared to be reveling in it. If this is the attitude of the restaurant staff, they truly are the worst of the worst. She should be fired. I will never dine at Coffee Club again. How awful is that? The customer service is nonexistent. I have never experienced this level of incompetence with any other restaurant, despite frequently using Uber. I give them zero stars.

An airy and comfortable place for breakfast. The Coffee club is an all day coffee house at Westfield Knox in Wantirna South. Great ambiance, good food and friendly service.

Coffee, that turned into dinner. Stopped in to Knox Ozone Coffee Club for a quick coffee late in the day and Nico the manager asked anything to eat? Wasn’t planning to, but it had been a long day, so why not. Ordered a margarita pinto share and it was great. Piping hot and tasty. Will absolutely have that again. Recommend
