ordered from them for the first time in forever. Waited 1.5hrs for cold pizza and still got charged full price! Terrible service and no acknowledgement of poor service View all feedback.
It is Sunday evening, ordered 2 pizzas and chicken bites. ordered online waited an hour called pizza hat and asked if my order was delivered.
It doesn't look like the pictures. there is no longer a buffet and just like 4 tables. it didn't seem like a very clean place. only from here.
Clean and always quite fast. we take a big pizza and brotsticks for the road before we return to skagway! okay for lunch buffet, $12.00 7.
We decided on pizza after a really long day of driving. The sign on the door said they were closed but appeared open so I went in. I guess they were open for carryout only. The guy that helped us was super nice, the pizza was delicious and quickly made.
Average food, good service. It certainly has changed since they downsized the restaurant. I still enjoy the pizzas when I take one for home.
