When we took the first bite, we knew it was i... read more One of the worst dishes we have ever tasted. We ordered Cajun Oven Baked Salmon because we wanted something spicy. When we took the first bite, we knew it was inedible. It was like eating raw salt. We asked the waiter if this was meant to be salty. He talked with the kitchen and said apparently the chef didn't even put any salt, it was probably the Cajun spice. Honestly, we eat Cajun spice on a daily basis and it is not supposed to taste like this Because we couldn't eat the dish, we ordered their famous Clam Chowder. Again, inedible. There was an ingredient which was extremely sour. With every spoon, it was like playing roulette will this spoonful be sour or not. And we were too tired for a game We left with empty stomach and empty wallet lol.

Food was tasty-most of the plates at our table were eaten completely. Service was okay--server didn't ask if anyone wanted salt pepper, or or drink refills, or offer anything more than an apology for very delayed meals. On the plus side they provided plates and forks for the birthday cake we phoned ahead to bring with us. We also had a slice of pumpkin pie--overcooked. Feel the same as a couple of posters about the menus--font is tiny and difficult to read when the lighting is not diner bright Noise level is unacceptable for anyone wearing hearing aides.

My mixed veggies was a plate of broccoli. Asked for the manager, at first they said he was busy then came back with his email lol. Table too close to a brick pillar, always hitting my arm. Waitress was rude and argued. Awful place, not a real Earls Update: After Stephanie asked me to contact her which I did she said she would contact management and get back to me That was weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing from her. I guess she was hoping the problem would somehow go away. Since this review I have been to Earls in Regina And Calgary, they were both amazing I am back in Whitehorse and popped in to see if anything had changed and I might give them a chance. After sitting at a table for minutes I wasn't even offered a drink so I walked out Same lousy service!!!! Avoid!
