A W Family - Whitehorse

Consistently awful overpriced fast food. The worst A&W I have ever been to. Every single time my fries have been a soggy wad. Have had some pretty awful and slow service at the drive-through too.

My husband and I wanted something cheaper for dinner while in Whitehorse. I was pleasantly surprised by how different the menu was compared to the American A W. Besides the root beer, there are not a whole lot of similarities. From research, it appears that management is different for each country. For my meal, I had a chubby chicken sandwich with french fries and root bear. My husband had a buddy burger and shared my fries and root beer with me. The food was okay. Service was quick.

Awful food every time we go there. McDonalds is better and that says a lot

I was charged $15+ for a teen burger combo. That's a lot of money for a burger combo. I won't be back anytime soon as it's too expensive for me, despite whatever rationale A&W has for the increased prices.Service was great. Staff were friendly.
