The Lowther Arms - Whitehaven

I had the steak and Stilton baguette, and it was delicious! I absolutely love this place. The food is consistently great, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I’ve never been disappointed here.

Thought it was a stranger place when nobody was there. we loved it soon! the woman who worked was very friendly and very friendly. eating was not only amazing, but the portions were huge and not too expensive. the puddings were also massive and I'm glad we shared one!

Fantastic dining experience! I prefer my food well done, and I requested the Cumberland sausage and chips to be cooked thoroughly. They arrived cooked to perfection—just as I had hoped. My wife ordered the homemade steak and ale pie, and it was packed with tender steak. Absolutely perfect—no complaints whatsoever! Just go ahead and visit; you won’t regret it!

The service was excellent, and the food was delightful. The steak was cooked to perfection.
