I ordered door dash pick up from this location. They took longer than the time that was given me for my order to be correct. Also, they didn’t give me part of my food. Because of the time it took to make my food, I had to take an extra 30 minutes off work because of it.
If It was up to me, this location wouldn't even get a 1 star. I ordered over $50 of food on 2/24/24. They forgot my corn ,extra ranch, and 1 wing in an order. So I called and let them know. Tj answers and tells me that if you didn't check your order, that's your fault! Second, I asked to speak to the manager, and I could hear her yelling in the background to hang up on me. I asked for the managers name. Tj says he doesn't know! It kept going on and on. This place is what you call TRASH! Sadly, it's one of the one locations that treats people terribly. Especially the evening shift. On top of that, the food was overcooked and nasty.
I have no words! Other than I thought I was. being punked! Just awful!???????AVOID THIS WINGSTOP! Just cook at home! ????There's ghetto....But then there's just hood- ghetto! !!! Go across the street and hang out at Walmart!???? Is there a ZERO star button?
The service here is SO BAD, ive eaten her maybe three times an eqch time the people answering the phone are rude, act angry and the way the food is made is subpar. I dont want to see another business go down in this neighborhood because it supplies jobs and feeds people for convenience but I have no idea how this place is still here.An looking at the newer reviews it seems like theres no change, i dont know if the owner/managers read these reviews but they need to take heed. Fix the management in this place so you dont end up another closed business, your reviews matter because its MONEY.
