The customer service improved noticeably after they added t... read more I visit Sheetz about once a week to grab a G Fuel for work and have generally had a good experience. The customer service improved noticeably after they added the self-checkout machines. I’m giving it 4 stars because the wait time for QSR food feels a bit long. I get that food preparation takes time, but waiting around 30 minutes for a simple short hoagie seems excessive.

Great food and a clean environment. One of the older cashiers can be a bit snappy at times, but I understand.
