I've heard a lot about this place and have come across stories of people who worked there before finding success. It was truly impressive to see the steel stacks nearby. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Olive Garden:
Breadsticks were well done. Asked for fresh ones and they were more burnt. My shells were good. My sister's Asiago Alfredo tasted weird to her. The Chicken Alfredo my bro-in-law had didn't have enough sauce. Overall, mediocre food and okay service. View all feedback.
I have come to this olive garden several times, my last experience I had a server called jamie and she was very respectful and has not even checked me on my table. I had a complaint about my meal and she didn't solve the problem for me. I came last weekend and I had a server called nadia and I was very impressed by their customer service skills, the restaurant was very busy and nadia gave her tables in a very fast and professional way, she seemed unhappy or overwhelmed with the amount. nadia is the reason why I was back to this Whitehall location, one of the best service I have seen in this facility and get it not worth it!
The food was excellent! I ordered the seafood alfredo and it was made to perfection. I also give them credit in considering how busy it was, but eating prep and delivery was great, contemporary, and it seemed that the server had an off-day mental, but still together professional and made everything pleasant and pleasant. a deserved 5 stars of me
I've been to this place a few times. twice, I have dined alone and once with a large group. I have never received the great service eating alone (what the case was the first time I was here). this trip was different. kudos to my server. she was excellent and I made sure that I typed accordingly. the food was good. I loved the shrimp fritta assistant. if they like to season, I recommend it. the Italian robe was delicious (the bartender did not play around with the alcohol). I ordered two. I asked for my chicken sauce with extra garlic and they did as I had requested. When I asked for extra dressing for my salad, I was also obliged. my eating was nicely spaced and timely. I didn't feel rushed.
I was a bit disappointed with this Olive Garden location. We used the Olive Garden app to get on the waiting list which said 25-35 minutes. It took us 30 minutes to get there and when my wife entered the restaurant and told them we were on the waitlist, they said that we still had a 20 minute wait. Then about a minute later, someone else called our name, saying that our table was ready, and then I get the text message saying the table was ready. Odd. Anyways we get seated and a waitress takes our drink order and then returns with breadsticks and our beverages. We order, and she brings us our salad and more breadsticks. As a new table is seated next to us, we enjoy our salad and all is well. Still waiting for our food, we ask for another bowl of salad and get that, since it's taking a while for our food. After about twenty minutes, the table next to us, who was seated ten minutes after us, receive their food, and we still waited ten more minutes for ours! Thank goodness for the extra salad, but that was odd about the order of food delivery. I should probably mention that the ice water tasted odd at this location, but I guess that may just be something with the city water supply. (I'd put a filter system on the water supply if it was my restaurant. Our food finally arrived and most of it was fine, but I wasn't really happy with mine. I had the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, and was not happy with the sauce. From the description and picture shown on the menu, I wasn't expecting the sauce to be basically a heavy alfredo sauce. There was so much of this sauce, it overpowered all of the flavors. I expected to taste the bacon and the roasted red peppers, but all I tasted was the ton of alfredo-like sauce. The rest of my family enjoyed their meals, so I was the only disappointed one. It was my daughter's birthday, and we told our server ahead of time, so after the meal, she brought out a nice dessert and said that they don't sing Happy Birthday anymore, and we should be glad, because they weren't good singers. But literally ten minutes earlier, another waitress had brought out dessert for one of their tables and the servers sang Happy Birthday for that person! Again, very odd that our waitress would say that. So, I was a bit disappointed and likely won't be returning to this Olive Garden location, when there are two others which are only five more minutes of driving for me.
