Kfc - Whitehall

The WORST KFC restaurant I've ever ordered from! I went inside to order my food the place was filthy! Then I had to repeat my order to the young man behind the counter 5 times and when he told the employees working in the back what my order was he STILL got it wrong! I had to raise my voice and shout my order out to them myself! The credit card machine at the counter was broken so I had to hand my card to the boy working the counter to swipe it through the machine at the drive through. I don't like having to hand my debit card to ANYONE!! There was also no manager on the premises. I overheard one of the employees in the back say they hope they hire a manager soon that working without a manager sucked. (Exact words). Then our r chicken was cold, and the biscuits were as hard as a rock. I've always loved KFC but this particular store was the worst I've ever ordered from, never going there again!!

Absolutely disgusting food from this location! EVERYTHING was obviously old and reheated! Past three times! I can’t believe the owner doesn’t do anything about it. Wasted $10 dollars of money I worked hard for! They should be ashamed!

Pot pie was sitting so long that the filling was rubbery and the crust soggy. Gravy was very thin, watery, and a bit flavorless. Biscuit was very dry and crumbly. Tenders were pretty good. Overall, it seemed most of the food served wasn't quite fresh.

The customer service was awesome from Jordan the host/cashier with handling my order. THANK YOU FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL SMILE WITH MY SERVICE!
