Fairview provided excellent BBQ fare for my daughter’s graduation party! Plentiful portions, great taste, and excellent service! Will definitely recommend and use again!
Just over one week ago Shanon of Fairview Catering served up an incredible menu of 4 different entrees along with all the sides, salads and desserts at our Emmaus High School Class of 1970's twice-delayed 50th Year high school reunion picnic at the Emmaus Community Park. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Prior to the buffet Shanon's staff also butlered a variety of tasty appetizers for the first hour or so. Shanon was very accommodating and probably spent several hours of her time discussing menu options and logistics over the months and weeks leading up to the reunion. I can say with confidence that there was not one complaint about the food from any of the 200+ guests at the event and that's saying something. Thank you Shanon and your staff for helping to make our celebration the most memorable one yet!
Just had Fairview cater a retirement/4th of July party. What great people to work with!Communication, great food, courteous and friendly staff. I know who will be my 1st call next time we need a caterer!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Shannon was very accommodating to what I needed for my party. She was also prompt in answering questions and getting back to me. I will definitely use Fairview again in the future.
