Just over one week ago Shanon of Fairview Catering served up an incredible menu of 4 different entrees along with all the sides, salads and desserts at our Emma... read more Just over one week ago Shanon of Fairview Catering served up an incredible menu of 4 different entrees along with all the sides, salads and desserts at our Emmaus High School Class of 1970's twice-delayed 50th Year high school reunion picnic at the Emmaus Community Park. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Prior to the buffet Shanon's staff also butlered a variety of tasty appetizers for the first hour or so. Shanon was very accommodating and probably spent several hours of her time discussing menu options and logistics over the months and weeks leading up to the reunion. I can say with confidence that there was not one complaint about the food from any of the 200+ guests at the event and that's saying something. Thank you Shanon and your staff for helping to make our celebration the most memorable one yet!
