I initially attempted to place my order inside, but the employee seemed more focused on the drive-thru window. So, I decided to use the drive-thru instead. I ordered a simple coffee and ended up having to repeat my request three times. I specifically asked for almond milk and mocha in my coffee, but was given just a cup of regular whole milk. When I checked my receipt, I saw there were no charges for the mocha or almond milk. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I was already on the highway, about an hour away. I have a milk allergy, and now my entire day is ruined. Thank you for the poor service.
They need to improve a bit; the donuts have become smaller and it seems like there's less flour in them. It's important not to change the recipe because some people can really tell the difference.

The service here is awful! I ordered at the drive thru. Get to the window and had to tell her my whole order again because she didn't hear any of it. Nothing was ready and my drink was wrong even after telling her in person. I will never go back.
Got my coffee with cream but it seems like they used expired cream or something. I just throw it away. Horrible place to get your coffee.
