The old lady that works in the morning is horrible... she will make you wait to pay for 10 minutes AFTER she made your drink and you keep saying excuse me she w... read more The old lady that works in the morning is horrible... she will make you wait to pay for 10 minutes AFTER she made your drink and you keep saying excuse me she will blatantly ignore you, then proceed to tell you you are poor and scum while yelling other profanities.. What worker tells their customers theyre poor because SHE made them wait for NO reason. And messed the drink up completely. She blatantly told me she does not care about inside customers they can wait however long she decides she only cares about drive thru. THIS IS A MANAGER. They need better managers or something. I did go to corperate about this twice now.

I or... read more I initially attempted to place my order inside, but the employee seemed more focused on the drive-thru window. So, I decided to use the drive-thru instead. I ordered a simple coffee and ended up having to repeat my request three times. I specifically asked for almond milk and mocha in my coffee, but was given just a cup of regular whole milk. When I checked my receipt, I saw there were no charges for the mocha or almond milk. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I was already on the highway, about an hour away. I have a milk allergy, and now my entire day is ruined. Thank you for the poor service.
