I went through the drive thru this morning asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel just toasted nothing on it. When I get to work and open my bag I have a cinnamon raisin bagel loaded with cream cheese which I don't eat. It is frustrated getting to work thinking you will eat breakfast but ofcourse not is not the case.
The man who took my order was absolutely amazing. He was very pleasant, kind and courteous. After I had picked up my on the go order, I wanted to add an additional hot chocolate but realized I forgot my debit card at home. He told me I could pay for it later and gave me the hot chocolate great customers service
Ok, We needed to be in this area to see a specialist. Naturally, coffee was a required staple for our breakfast and lunch....so we stopped at DD. The noticeable differences between this DD and the one at home, was cost. This particular DD was more expensive than the one at home, but I'm sure that's just based off of location, not just...hey let's charge more because we can...type of thing. The taste of the coffee was very good. My son ordered a bagel and the new egg snacks. No complaints. Most
I love every Dunkin' donuts in existence. I was working that day and really had to use the bathroom I gave them five stars on everything because they let me without having to buy anything.
My only complaint with this location is the blue dumpster in the back makes the drive thru a really tight squeeze for larger vehicles. Maybe consider keeping elsewhere to avoid damage to customers vehicles.
