The truth is that they should change the staff because they are not friendly and do everything wrong. It doesn't work??????️?️

I had one of the worst experience ever. I went the first time and they gave me the wrong sandwich. The second time I went the guy in the drive thru was soo rude... read more I had one of the worst experience ever. I went the first time and they gave me the wrong sandwich. The second time I went the guy in the drive thru was soo rude, I asked nicely to add an extra drink which he had a whole attitude about it.Than he gives me the bag with the bacon, and and cheese croissants which I was about to check when he than with an attitude again told me you don’t have to check the bag everything it’s there. I was so uncomfortable with the whole attitude that I just drove off from the drive thru without checking the bag with the egg bacon and cheese croissants. Guesss what when I got home I found that I am missing one of the sandwiches I ordered. Worst place ever, it doesn’t kill to be nice and kind to people.

Three people arrived after me and placed their orders, yet I waited for five... read more This location has serious issues with racism. I went in and ordered a wake-up wrap. Three people arrived after me and placed their orders, yet I waited for five minutes without receiving mine. Other customers who came in later got their orders before me. When I asked the staff member about my order, she said her screen was malfunctioning, and she couldn't see my request. I requested a refund because I didn't want to continue waiting. At no point did anyone apologize or acknowledge the situation; she simply handed me my money back. I couldn't help but notice that I was the only Black person there.

I will never return to this Dunkin'. The staff are unfriendly and seem unhappy in their roles. The location is unclean, and they had run out of several donut options. The coffee was terrible—not prepared correctly at all—tasting more like sweetened milk than coffee.
