I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and had mixed feelings about the experience. The food was disappointing, earning a rating of 2 out of 5. It didn't meet my expectations and lacked flavor. The service was decent, deserving a 3 out of 5; the staff were polite, but there were a few delays. The atmosphere was also average, with a rating of 3 out of 5; it was a comfortable setting but nothing particularly special. Overall, for a price range of $10–20 per person, I expected a bit more in terms of food quality.
The only downside is that it's located in a mall, which makes it quite crowded. I was with someone in a wheelchair, and it was a bit challenging to navigate. However, the crowd is a positive aspect and not the restaurant's fault, so I gave the atmosphere a 5-star rating.
In my opinion, it's better than Smash Pete's. I gave it 5 stars for the atmosphere, even though I went through the drive-thru. I was really referring to the atmosphere in my car (with my wife).
The staff is wonderful! We placed a catering order for this morning, and it was prepared perfectly and ready on time! We ordered 45 boxed lunches and salads! Everyone was so kind; the entire team was both professional and friendly! We can't thank them enough! The Cross Country team we were catering for said the food was excellent! Thank you!
The chicken tenders and sandwiches are pretty good. The chick-fil-a sauce is absolutely amazing. Their milkshakes and chocolate chip cookies are soooo good.
Packed as usual, my son and I were very happy and impressed. The staff was very patient with me while I was (still) deciding what we wanted to order, even though it was crowded they had lots of staff and we did not feel rushed. They even asked if weneeded any condiments or help with anything else. Very friendly and polite as well, good atmosphere.
