I used a birthday reward for a free small fry and shake with the purchase of an entree sandwich. When I found out the shake machine was down, I wasn’t upset because things happen. The person taking my order kindly told me I could choose any other drink, so I opted for a strawberry lemonade. I ordered the classic Beef ‘n Cheddar, but not only did I get the small fry and strawberry lemonade, I also received a large fry, a double Beef ‘n Cheddar instead of the classic, and extra cheddar sauce. I checked my receipt and only paid for the classic Beef ‘n Cheddar. Whether it was the man taking my order or the manager (who may have been the same person), I really appreciated the extra kindness. Thank you!
