What happened out there? I'm glad you asked. It was 10:20 on a Saturday when I ordered the cherry-brown. The staff responded, “I’m sorry, they’re not ready.” I could tell they were busy cutting them into sections. Because someone couldn't do their job properly after being open for two hours, the owner missed out on a sale. Great teamwork! Can you imagine having such a lack of professionalism representing your business on a busy day?

Very delicious bread, muffins, desert loaves, and might I include BEAR CLAWS!!!! The best thing there besides there sourdough bread witch is great for toast! The people there are very nice and I’ve been hoping there for YEARS and I thought I would put a review up FINALY because today when I was short $0.05 the lady kindly said “oOOo I got you sweet heart!” MY HEART MELTED! I love this bread smith!
