Great local takeaway super friendly family who own and run the place, and the food is generous, fresh and tasty. It's often really busy, particularly with cycling groups, but that's just testament to its quality. Only drawback is it was closed relatively early when we wanted to order burgers for dinner, so worth checking open/close times before heading there in the evening.
We frequently visit this takeout shop and are always pleased with the excellent service, friendly greeting, and delicious food available. The food is consistently fresh and the display cabinets are immaculately clean. The family-run team at Whitebridge Café has a strong connection with the local community, which is typical for a business in a small shopping center.
My experience is that the woman Ling, is very unfriendly, borders on Rude every time I go in, and I am regular. Doesn't know what their problem is, but friendly to some not to others. Not wonderful food, coffee.
I really like the staff at this café because they are extremely friendly and welcoming. It appears that they have many regular customers, as the tables up front are often full, especially on weekends. I hadn't dined here in a few years, as I typically prefer another local burger joint, but I decided to give it another shot. However, after receiving my order of a burger and fries, I quickly remembered why I hadn't been back. The fries were overcooked and the burger was disappointingly bland, reminiscent of a bygone era. I asked some other locals for their opinions and they shared similar experiences. If they can improve on these two basic elements of a takeaway cafe, I would consider returning. For now, I will continue to dine elsewhere.
