The new guy didn't ask how many are at our party. Suppose it was just my son. I waited while 3/4 other workers for food online and never drive through wondering if I had been helped. The new guy didn't know I waited until my son told him I paid. He also mishearded me, I said big record and selected three articles he gave me only two, although I chose 3. The customer service at this restaurant has declined. It used to be our favorite but now we are disappointed. We have to drive an extra 15 minutes to get there. We wish there was one closer to us in Lake Worth. Do not use the panda app to order, it's better to order in person or you may risk losing your order. View all feedback.
Don’t get the beef broccoli you’ll get a sliver of actual beef and all broccoli. As you can see in the photo it’s littlest 1cm of beef
Panda express is a family favorite for us!! This location had wonderful friendly staff. The building was 9/10 clean. The food was good but didn't seem quite as fresh.. especially at 12 noon. Otherwise, great!Food: 4/5
The customer service here is trash. I am a delivery driver for doordash and everytime I come in I'm put on the back burner. They don't greet me or tell me the orders are backed up. I was in today and they took 4 orders of people who were in line before saying a word to me and I was in there before these in line. I didn't get help till I sat down and shook my head. I don't except doordash orders from this store anymore and I urged my parents to order from other Asian restaurants
I just got charged $2.71 for a large cup of ice at this place. It's 95 degrees in Texas. This feels outrageous. I didn't expect to get free food, but I didn't think I would be charged so much for just ice. I feel like I was ripped off. I was in the drive-thru and couldn't even serve myself. I won't be coming back to this location.
I ordered a premium entree and paid an extra $6, only to realize that it was half full. Is this a typical portion size for the large entree? The food was excellent, receiving a rating of 5 out of 5.
