What User doesn't like about Mashawee Lebanese Grill:
Chicken kabob came wrapped in burnt plastic on the plate and had been barbecued in the plastic as it was cooked into the chicken. The cook clearly forgot to take the kebab out of the plastic. This gave me flashbacks to eating meat cooked in plastic when camping with girl guides. This ruined what would have been a good meal. Very disappointing and disgusting. My friend and I ordered a Beirut wrap. I had Lamb she had beef. We decided Lamb was the better of the 2. So good. Definitely worth a visit.
Restaurant ambiance was good. But food price was on a higher side and portion was too small. Food taste was good.
Just as I began to spread the word rave and that this place has the best pommes everywhere in the lower mainland. they have changed them. I hope it was temporary. To be honest, the fresh hot, slightly crispy, beef-sater style fryed, slightly seasoned with Lebanese seasoning and salt. Omg....drool! Please bring them back! (our recent order was also very salty. ? otherwise the tariff is very good. one day will not stop me from coming back.... brunch, lunch, dinner. soou satisfying and tasty. Question. ? also a pick-up switch with a few tables so friendly and without demand for medical information.
Delicious wrap and plate, plentiful. Especially like the tabouleh. Although same chain this one doesn't feel as authentic as king George one. Been back since and is now as good as King George and much more convenient.
What a cozy Lebanese restaurant in White Rock!! I love the decor and the outdoor space that they have. But more importantly, their food is delicious! Tried the Sujok Plate and it was beautifully made and was yummy. The babaganouj (eggplant dip) was also a great appy. There?s convenient parking out front and they have some seating inside and outside. It?s a great central location and a popular spot frequented by locals.
