I've been here a few times and the food is good, almost as good as Kami Sushi. The prices are average, if not a bit higher. The rolls are good, but the chefs slice them quite thinly so they break apart very easily... View all feedback.

Once you arrive the restaurant is spacious and comfortable it's just a bit awkward to find . The menu is big and varied but without question the food is very good and priced reasonably . We did have one issue , I ordered a Sapporo beer and got a Sapporo roll (not recommended) however nice to try something new .
Our local fav sushi hangout recently changed owners, the new crew bring a new perspective to sushi. Dishes are imaginative, presentation unique, servings still generous, service efficient, staff friendly but need more training on what is on offer. The previously austere decor has been greatly softened by creative use of wood accents, and the sports bar feel lessened by the removal of two of the tvs. Definitely worth a try, good for date night and family as well. Takeout always an option though it probably won,t include the unique table presentations.

I visited my old favourite Kuroishi two days ago. I ordered a seafood salad and it didn't resemble what I knew and loved. It was awful and stingy with the seafood. Just forget this place - they are new owners and the chefs are amateurs not artists. What a shame.
