The pasta dish I had was incredible. The service was great and friendly. I sat at the bar, but the view on the patio is jaw dropping. The location is right across from the pier! Relaxed little pub with great food and comfortable ambiance. View all feedback.
What Neal M doesn't like about Dew Drop Inn:
We both had the fish and chips that came with a side of coleslaw and homemade tartar sauce. The food was good however the service was totally lacking. Long story short; our server didn't come around once after serving our meal to see how we were doing or if I wanted another drink (which I did). That's pretty standard server etiquette. She came around when we were done however to see if we wanted the bill (which we did). Will not be returning because of the service. 3 stars only because the fish and tartar sauce was good.
Every town needs an Irish bar to hear live music and sing along. The staff was attentive and sweet but awkward. An okay selection of whiskeys. Sit outside, relax with a scotch, watch the sunset, and breathe the ocean air.
The food is awesome, has a great view of the ocean, the staff is extremely friendly, and overall provides a phenomenal experience in either the winter or summer.
The service is fantastic and the food is better than it has ever been. The rib appetizer is actual chunks of meat, not little nibble bits of rib stuck to bone. The cottage pie (I call it Shepard's pie) is wonderful (the Guinness gravy really makes it top notch). There is live music two nights a week. I really like the duo who come in on Thursdays. Just a wonderful Irish Pub with great food, really nice staff and an owner who greets you when you arrive and thanks you for coming in when you leave. How nice is that?
