Contribute FeedbackBarrique in White Rock offers creative and delicious food but faces challenges with a limited wine list and higher prices. Despite a cozy but somewhat bar-like atmosphere, guests enjoy fantastic service and dishes. While some find the menu limited, others appreciate the tried and true dishes, with Trust the Chef option being a standout. The pork belly could benefit from a jus or sauce, but overall, Barrique remains a neighborhood gem that deserves support during these difficult times. Barrique may have room for improvement but is well-loved for its exceptional service and inventive cuisine.
As always, Barrique was wonderful. Good food, good service, and right in our neighbourhood. With Covid an issue right now, it’s great to get out and support our local small businesses when we can
Wow, always amazing service. We did Trust the Chef menu which always impresses. Creative and always tastes amazing, does get you out of ordering your usual. Highly recommend
Overall, a wonderful experience. Our waiter Brooke who has served me on two occasions was knowledgeable, efficient and charming. The meal was timed perfectly, and we never felt rushed, but rather very relaxed and enjoyable
We had a lovely meal at Barrique for my birthday dinner. We went really early since we had our kids with us. Dinner was delicious. Steak frites was melt in your mouth. Salmon was cooked perfectly, with crispy skin! So glad to have a restaurant of this caliber close to home
