True Texas Smokehouse - Feedback

What Jack S doesn't like about True Texas Smokehouse:
Poor, absolutely poor. Texas smokehouse used to be good up until recently, the meat was juicy and delicious beforehand but now it comes out almost stale, tasting like cardboard. The quality and sense of care seemed to have gone down the drain! Unfortunately it's not even a one off...! We've gone twice recently and both times been disappointed. You never know what you will get unless you stop. We saw Jeff bring in the food earlier in the day. Several hours later, as we were traveling South on Route 5 in Wilder (Hartford), VT, we noticed he was open. We just were talking about dinner, so we stopped in.
