Stopped in with my Mom who was visiting from Atlanta for a quick bite between errands-wow!! We split the summer rolls and the ginger pork sandwich. Bothe were amazing. The summer rolls were so crisp and refreshing and the wrap was not chewy but so fresh. The sandwich we ordered just lightly spicy-the balance of flavors were superb. The service and enthusiasm of the staff was really cool as well. I can't rave about th... View all feedback.
What Christine C doesn't like about Phnom Penh Sandwich Station:
This menu screamed more vietnamese to me than Cambodian so I was disappointed when I got the pho and coffee and it tasted different than authentic viet. Would probably come back to try something else on a colder day due to how hot it was inside. Note also that they charge a card processing fee they never mentioned it. We were hesitating going there initially, but we were sooooo glad we actually went! The sandwich was simple but good! Bread toasted to a perfect level and meat was juicy and seasoned very well! Definitely would go there again if we are in town! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Giving this place four stars strictly on the food. I 've had the summer rolls, chicken satay and a Bahn Mi, and they were all very good. I ate in for the first lunch, which came quickly, but I ordered the Bahn Mi another time to-go. It seems like the default position is 20 minutes for to-go orders, because that 's what I heard whenever someone ordered, either on the phone or in person. I certainly didn 't wait 20 minutes for my food when dining in; it was pretty quick. The atmosphere is rather plain, and tables are your best bet when eating in because the bar top is too high to eat at comfortably while seated. And the man who works front of house isn 't, shall I say, super-friendly or welcoming. But the food makes it worthwhile.
Pretty good tofu banh mi. Served hot and saucy. Vietnamese iced coffee is excellent! Fast takeout. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Phnom Penh Sandwich
