The Halal Guys - White Plains

I must start by saying that the food was delicious, but I am giving it only one star because I was charged for a bottled soda instead of the well drink I ordered. Additionally, the customer service was subpar. It's not about the money, but the fact that the staff accused me of wrongdoing and then had the audacity to ask for a positive review. I usually enjoy halal cuisine, but I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I placed an order for pick up at the White Plains Galleria location for 6:15, as the website indicated they were open until 6:30. However, when I arrived at 6:10, I found the doors locked. I called The Halal Guys to let them know I couldn't retrieve my paid meal, and the person who answered informed me they were closed and promptly hung up. I tried calling a few more times, but the person continued to ignore my calls. This kind of service is not what I expected from a location known for good service. The website should update their hours to accurately reflect when they are open and closed. Overall, I was very disappointed.

The restaurant was fantastic, with generous portion sizes and friendly staff. The steak and pork dishes were delicious, and the hummus was outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning.

My daughter really likes this place. I decided to give it a try recently and was pleasantly surprised. the food was fresh and the customer service was excellent. she was a young man who works with the name lenya (spelling, who really represents the brand. if there is not space for growth in the company, hope that he dreams big, he left a positive impression. kudos.

So annoyed with this place. I have eaten In the one in Queens.. so good so we ordered from this spot thinking must be the same. my family and I ordered from this place the delivery was an hour late and they didn’t add any of the sauces we asked for
