We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, thanks to our friendly waitress, Connie. The food was served promptly and was absolutely delicious. If you're not familiar with the Westchester Mall, make sure to allow a little extra time to navigate, as you'll need to take a specific elevator to reach the restaurant. However, once you arrive, it's definitely worth the effort! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about P.f. Chang's:
The food is good, and the restaurant has a nice ambiance. I also appreciate that they pack takeout orders themselves, which is a nice touch. However, the wait times for dining in can be quite long, and I find the prices to be on the higher side. Is this the most expensive Chinese cuisine around? View all feedback.
Again another great review from me to PF Chang, I was at PF Chang last Saturday in New Jersey had the best time with family food was great and I highly recommended, today I'm at PF Chang in White Plain NY and the food Service was fantastic. Whoever read this place pass by and have dinner Abel the bartender will treat you with respect and professionalism.
Flies flying around. One was so big that when it landed on my head I felt it. Food so so. Some of the staff better than some. The food is not like it use to be. I thought it was only the on in RidgeHill but nay expensive and not that good.
GF Fried Rice Delicious Stir fried rice, went there with my husband and 3 children and they absolutely loved it! Authentic food with super nice waitresses!
I spent about 50 bucks on one order of Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef. They both were of disappointing quality, especially after having just visited the PF Chang's for the first time in Panama, and expecting the same quality. The chicken and the broccoli were tough and I had to gnaw away at both. The mound of food was floating in a bog of what I think was supposed to be glazing that was super runny and watery and tasted bitter. The side of cheap plain white rice was very small, like 1 icecream scoop's worth, which ended up drowning in the bitter liquid soup-sauce. There are hole-in-the-wall restaurants that make better American-Asian cuisine in a mile radius Also there was this super loud alarm that was going off super loud hurting everybody's ears in the middle of dinner. The guests kept eating and the staff kept working. I thought my ears were gonna explode. You have to pay to park..
Very nice place. Great decor. Drinks are good but a tad pricey. My wife had the red sangria and I had 2 sake warrior. Brussels sprouts for appetizer was excellent. Lettuce wrap chicken which is their signature appetizer was so so. My wife had the honey chicken for main dish with brown rice. Chicken was ok. Brown rice was not. The signature lo mein pork was to die for . I had the Mongolian beef with white rice which was also excellent. A little pricey but a good overall experience.
