Saturday afternoon at 3pm was really busy for some reason. They need another cashier behind the counter. Everyone working seemed very overwhelmed and tried to get everyone on their way as fast as possible but it created mistakes and misunderstandings. Saturday afternoon at 3pm was really busy for some reason. They need another cashier behind the counter. Everyone working seemed very overwhelmed and tried to get everyone on their way as fast as possible but it created mistakes and misunderstandings. I spent more than 10 minutes waiting for a black coffee.
Firstly, I had a long wait at the drive-thru speaker, despite there only being one car in front of me. When the worker finally took my order, she came off as rude; I understand that customer service jobs can be tough, but that doesn’t excuse unprofessionalism. What really prompted me to write this review was the fact that my coffee was barely filled. I even took a picture of it before taking my first sip! It’s simply unacceptable, especially considering I paid $4 for it; I expected a full drink. The ingredients are not coming out of the worker’s paycheck—why can’t they do their job properly? This is just unprofessional. I don’t plan to come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’d rather spend my $4 elsewhere, where I’ll actually get what I’m paying for and be treated like a valued customer. To top it off, the coffee tasted like canal water, so nothing about this place was redeeming. I’ll be reaching out to let them know about my experience.
Usually I really love Dunkin, it’s my favorite place to go. And as a cat, you know I love my milk. However this time I went to this Dunkin and the woman that was helping me had a attitude. She didn’t like my ice cream choices for my milkshake. WHAT? Seems ridiculous, but she really was mean and barely wanted to help me. Was it my FUR? THE FACT THAT I HAVE PAWS? Not sure, but whatever it was it made it a very very poor experience. Will not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.
Great service! They always have my online order ready when I arrive.
