The food at this restaurant is excellent, but it is on the expensive side. If you order the chicken dish, you will receive a generous portion of meat but no vegetables to accompany it, which is disappointing. The service is also lacking. We ordered a bottle of wine on a hot night and although it was perfectly chilled, it was served without an ice bucket at our table. The table and glasses were dirty as well. It's a shame because the food is really delicious, but the service really needs improvement.
Waiters from Nepal were very friendly. Samosas and chicken were incredible.
The food at this restaurant was excellent! The service was equally impressive. Our waitress was very helpful in recommending dishes and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was cozy and located in a lovely area of the city. I had never tried an Indian beer before, so I decided to try the Taj Mahal, which was delicious and paired well with the food.
Beautiful small place, beautiful ambience, funny waiter and absolutely incredible food! I had the coconut curry shrimp (I think it was called?) and my girlfriend had the Tandoori chicken. Also the mango/yogurt potion (non-alcoholic what AMAZING was! (Mango Lassi, I think it was called, not sure We were both super satisfied with the food and service. We'll be back soon. P.S. You can tell who of us knows how to make good photos lol Note: My photo of the coconut curry shrimp is NOT the whole part, I just want to eat a bit by bit on a separate dish
Great experience eating food of different cultures. I was so satisfied with my visit and meal. It was our first visit and we ask the waiters recommendation. So we had -Tri Onion Bhaji which I'm only used to as onion rings but the onions tasted more like sweet potato) and Chicken samosa for appetizers. The main dish was CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA with rice TANDOORI CHICKEN HALF and bread. Dessert was Gulab Jamun. The food was great and the service was excellent. The only problem u gave us when I got the bill. It required tipping off if the tax.. I'm sorry, I don't do that.
