I don't normally go to biggby, but the group I was with decided to go. It was very cute and all the employees were very nice. The prices are a bit high, but that's with everywhere now a days. Overall I'd definitely go to this biggby View all feedback.
What Goddess Samantha doesn't like about Biggby Coffee:
I ordered my drinks at the drive thru, only to get to the window and all I hear is swearing, f this and that person, etc. Got my drinks and they're wrong I ask to speak to the manager so we can get this corrected, Hope, the manager, tells me the drinks were made correctly and they aren't going to remake them even though I can taste they're wrong. I tried to be polite about this situation but I'm calling corporate sin... View all feedback.
Bigby Coffee is a gem! Their drinks are top-notch, served by friendly baristas. Speedy service and accurate orders make every visit a delight. And let's not forget the mouthwatering food options—absolutely delicious! A must-visit spot for coffee lovers! Parking: They have ample parking ! No worries there. Kid-friendliness: Of course they're kid friendly! Wheelchair accessibility: It is definitely wheelchair accessible!
Really great staff, Friendly, and quick service. It's small and intimate and super perfect for coffee dates or breakfast.

I tried to be polite about this situation but I'm calling corporate since this location cannot seem to get it together. Very disappointing
Been coming here along time and have been very please up until resently, now im really disappointed in the 10 minute wait and lack of effort in the early morning staff .
Used to love going here, but lately I refuse to buy anything. They started this new thing at the beginning of the year, happy hour where you get 50 percent off drinks. That worked fine until a couple weeks ago. I got home and noticed I was charged full price during happy hour (as they don't tell you your total and don't give you as a receipt while you are there) so I called the manager to inform them. Manager said that they silently implemented a new policy that means whenever you go for happy hour you have to directly state you are there for happy hour or you don't get the 50 percent off. Totally unfair, as they never announced this. I can't imagine how many people have been ripped off by this. The service is usually okay, but ever since Jessica quit, all of these new people don't last more than a month, and I get the same drink every time that tastes different every time. Parking: There are only four spots, but it has a drive thru.
