This was my second visit to that restaurant, and the food was terrible. I never want to go back to Wendy's again.
This location has been on the decline for a while now. I approached the drive through at around 6pm this evening to be met with silence. after about 30 seconds I blurted out hello to which I got no response. I was in a hurry and had to go without eating. as I drove around the building I saw only one employee. she was sitting at a booth on her phone. very annoying and wont be back.
I did the mobile order for the first time, and my food was ready when I got there and the order was
ALL the people that were working at 945PM Tuesday February 27, 2024 are AWESOME EMPLOYEES. If they don't make at least $15/hour then they ALL deserve a raise. Give it to them. They were friendly, smiling, polite, respectful, Hot fresh food (like the chicken nuggets were the freshest I have eaten) and great service. This is NOT the norm in this region. Most of my fast food experiences around here are awful. But I frequent this location even though I live only 1 mile away from the North Versailles location. Give them ALL a Raise.
