Moe's Pizza - White Oak

A regular customer, today our party of three, had a few pizzas, moes highest and chicken barbeque, both thin crust, small lasagna and small salad. All prepared and served quickly, tasty.

Fantastic food and the owner was very helpful! Had great conversations and he was on top of our large group. Even brought us out to go cups when we were done! We got a mix of food I had the Gyro and was really impressed! He baked mozzarella over the top and it added a LOT of flavor! Pita was soft and meat was thick and juicy. My son got the pizza, a mini pepperoni, and it was like the old school Pizza Hut pan pizzas... Totally made me nostalgic! Crispy and fluffy at the same time with great cheese, sauce, and toppings. We also got the Shrimp Alfredo, Chicken Alfredo, Pizza in a bowl, Mozzarella Sticks, BBQ Wings, and some salads... Everything was great, and we had plenty to take home for later. The Alfredo was the perfect consistency and everything came with two slices of garlic toast. Great recommendation from friends... Will definitely go back here any time I 'm in the area!

We were told about Moe's pizza and that it was the best pizza around...they were right! Only regret is waiting so long to try it. The owner took our order and went above and beyond what we expected. He gave us a discount for our first time and drinks. The cheese has so much flavor and the marinara is superb!!!!! It is not acidic like most sauces. If you haven't been here hurry up and try it. You are missing out.

Excellent customer service and some of the best pizzas, cheese sticks and wings. They cook everything for perfection with the perfect snack!!! The prawn pizza was excellent!

Saturday evening, Unfortunately for my husband and I: We decided to order Moe's Pizza in White Oak, Texas on 8/20/22. The order was a large Meat Lover's pizza with onions that cost half of it, along with hand crust. The pizza was with meat, basically no sauce, and with a thin crust. I ordered a pizza with handmade crust and gave onions to half the pizza. This onion addition should not replace the meat in any way. We were very unhappy with the cold thin Papppizze we sold. After I called the shop, I asked myself to talk to the manager John who was very nice and had very experienced customer knowledge. He was pleasant and we were offered a spare pizza or our money back. After we talked about it together, we didn't want to eat another piece of Moes Pizza. So my husband went to the store and asked John to get a refund. But the owner called me personally, not identified, and said he had made our pizza and DEMANDED to know what was wrong with it. So far this caller was unknown and did not identify as owner on this call. I told this man what was wrong and didn't call me a manager who had resolved our complaint. This man was very argumentative and there were extreme difficulties in understanding his dialogue, but not in HIS tone. We decided to get a refund. As with John, the manager, we were told that the order ticket was posted in the office and there was no problem with what we decided. My angry man had to come home for the reception that was thrown into the pizza box and back to the store. My husband was so angry at the attitude, unrest and demeanor of the owner, Sam, that he said he would never return there to eat. I will not go back to eat for a cardboard box, a rude owner who overtakes and undermines his managers and employees and skips on toppings provided to make food costs. Thank you. Mgr John And the Rudest person I spoke or treated with in years, Sam the owner, All we wanted was a great meat love pizza that was delicious and hot, ALONG with onions on one side.
