What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I'm not one to make reviews of all this often, but I'm disappointed in this place. The last time I came here, my husband had hair in his food, the food is cold when we get it, and articles from our order are missing or completely different. Also the quality of food is not good. Three customers became upset when she ignored them as they tried to speak to her, leaving after paying without receiving their meals. Malory was confrontational with me for no apparent reason, and her aggressive demeanor only intensified when I told her that all I wanted was my children's food. The issue arose because I declined her handwritten coupon; I simply requested her store number and name for a survey. She reacted aggressively again, threatening me by saying that if I submitted the survey, she would be the one to call me back. Given my years of experience in customer service, I know that threatening customers for feedback is a serious offense. If she does call me back, I will take my concerns directly to corporate, up the chain as necessary. One fellow customer even commended me for keeping my calm amid the manager's unraveling behavior, all because I refused the free food!
I went there at 10 this morning. The manager Tim is completely rude and Obnoxious to his employees. And I've even heard him cussing to his employees in front of the customers. He adds on to much unnecessary stress to his employees. I dont like the wayhe treats his employees in front of customers. Its completely tacky and un professional
I occasionally stop by this restaurant after work, usually late at night. The service has consistently been excellent. Vickie, I believe that's her name, is an absolute gem. I truly appreciate her; she always has a smile on her face and is incredibly sweet. You definitely don't want to lose her!
I typically order just two items when I visit: the chicken chalupa and the nacho fries, especially when they're available. However, as a paying customer, I expect my fries to be hot and crispy, not soggy and cold. It's worth noting that I arrived shortly after they had opened, so I don't think the food quality should have been that poor. If there were another Taco Bell nearby, I would definitely choose to go there instead.
Absolutely avoid. It always takes forever and they constantly mess up the order. Love Taco Bell but this one is the worst. Spent 40 minutes in line only for them to mess up the order. Don't waste your time. Why be open if you don't have enough staffto provide an acceptable level of service? Seriously, the worst!
