Subway - White House

The customer service just isn't what it used to be. The bread is smaller, and the salad on the sandwich is larger now. That's why I decided to stop coming here.

Terrible. The lady who works there made all 4 subs wrong. 2 of the four had no meat, the other was not a sauce, but it was with their cake. They didn't pay them back, so I had to buy all four again. This will be the last time I'm going to walk there

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a few issues. The sandwich was poorly prepared and shredded, though I'm not sure if the staff member was inexperienced. Additionally, there was no tea available at 4 PM, which was surprising since the place was nearly empty. Many of the tables were quite dirty, but we eventually found one that was clean enough to eat at. I'm looking forward to the new subway opening nearby.

This morning at 9:10, we were welcomed with a warm smile and a very professional demeanor. The customer service was excellent, and the establishment was spotless. The staff was friendly, and we will definitely return.

Very consistent service here. They do a good job of managing lunchtime rushes. Have been here with 10+ people in line and still usually have my sandwich and sitting down to eat within a few minutes. Vegetables are always fresh along with their breads. Keep up the good work.
