The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the fries and sauce are still top-notch. However, I was disappointed to find that the portion of 1/4 chicken has gotten smaller while the prices have increased. The size of the chicken is more suitable for a child than an adult. As a result, I don't dine here frequently. View all feedback.

First off do not buy the roast beef dinner here i bought it and they basically gave me dog scraps the manager offered me a $35 credit then only gave me a $30 credit on file even though i spent more and Swiss Chalet destroyed a family meal. Do not buy anything here they treat customers horribly and the food is the equivalent of dogfood i wouldnt expect anything less than food sabatoge from this location. Not trust wor... Son took me for my 65 birthday, on Monday, server was the best and food was outstanding..going back in August for m husband's birthday dinner..
I recently visited Swiss Chalet and had a fantastic dining experience. The chicken was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection with a delightful blend of flavors. The restaurant itself was a nice and inviting place, providing a comfortable ambiance for a meal.However, what truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Tricia, our server. She went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome, and she was attentive to our needs throughout the meal. Tricia’s genuine enthusiasm and knowledge about the menu added to the overall enjoyment of our visit.
2nd time this has happened in a matter of months ordered half chicken dinner , it was completely dry. I threw it out and called the restaurant, talked to management they offered a free meal. I have no interest in their free meal. I have no interest in their offer. Im trying to trust this location and again and again they let me down. The quality of this restaurant for me is on the bottom of the ocean.
Bad experience here today. Ordered through the app for pickup at 7:05. Arrived at exactly 7:05, backed into a curbside pickup spot and, through the app, informed the restaurant that I was there. I received a computer generator text saying that someone would be out with the order in a couple of minutes. I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited. After watching people come and go for over 15 minutes I went into the restaurant and asked for the manager. Mr. Liar, Liar, Pants On Fire. Looked at his phone, which I presume has the order information, and said it wasn 't in the system. After showing him the app on my phone showing the order in progress, and the text saying someone would be right out, the young lady who was working the counter looked at the food rack and said Bill? There was my order, right beside the manager.Normally I have nothing but good things to say about Swiss Chalet in general, but not today. Maybe Mr. L.L.P.O.F. needs some training in being honest with customers.

If you want great food head over to Jack Astor's where they treat customers with respect!
