I like this one. Busy but always good in service. I find it best to go inside and now use the kiosk as the lines can be busy. Good access to parking. A very good patio. Clean and redone inside more upscale feeling than others. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonalds:
Sunday morning breakfast and there were 8 people waiting in line waiting to order and only 1 cashier open (there are 3 cash registers). Needless to say it was a bit slow and then it also seemed very slow getting the food after ordering and the order was nothing special - 2 McMuffins, 2 hash browns and coffee. I guess they focus on the drive-thru. Not impressed at all - even the kiosks in WalMarts give better service. View all feedback.
I went fo rthe grand Big mac. It was excellant! It was noce to see a special work out Exactly what i was looking for. It was hot. It was stacked on top of each other like it should be. Will they come back? hope so
I ordered a small coffee, but they gave me a medium and refused to exchange it at the window for the small size I asked for. I couldn't hold a medium and would have had leftover coffee that could spill in the car. This is not what I ordered. I also asked for a Big Mac with no bun, and whole leaf lettuce instead. However, they did not include the whole leaf lettuce, making it impossible to eat the burger as intended. If they are going to offer this option for those who can't eat wheat, they should train their staff to make it correctly. Additionally, they did not provide a receipt with my order. When I called the store management, they expected me, a drive-thru customer, to come inside the store to sort out the issue instead of bringing the correct order to my car. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. Even though the manager offered to mail me coupons, I never received them after following up. This location rushes orders and frequently makes mistakes. I would not recommend using their drive-thru if you are pressed for time, as you may not receive the quick and hassle-free meal you expect.
I recently decided to give mobile ordering a try at McDonald's, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The first time, they forgot to include the happy meal in my order, so I had to go back. The second time, the Coke I ordered had no taste, as if the syrup was empty and I was only getting carbonated water. Additionally, my Scotch Bonnet McChicken sandwich was missing the lettuce. Despite this location being in our neighborhood, we won't be returning in the future.
Sat in an immense amount of urine in WOMENS bathroom (yeah... Why?! Anyways, went to front to ask for a wipe or anything, the girl said she 's not allowed to give me anything. I asked if I could ask the manager for something. Manager hands me a dry paper towel. (I already used toilet paper to wipe the strangers ' urine off of my bare skin, so... Yeah another dry paper isn 't what I need . No 'sorry about that ', no going to bathroom to clean it. And it was NOT busy.
I went through the drive-thru with a car full of kids and they were able to keep the line of cars moving quickly. Surprisingly, they got my order right and after handing out the meals, we were on our way! Unfortunately, there were no Pokémon stops or gyms near the restaurant.
