Asia Express - Whitby

We took our 2 grandchildren for lunch. We had a wonderful waitress, she was very helpful and the food and drinks came in a timely manner. Our food was hot, and fresh! We all enjoyed our food, many choices and we liked that you could get smaller portions so we could try different items Very enjoyable!! We will be back

NEVER order from AsiaExpress in Whitby… I ordered $120 worth of food three extra sweet and sour sauces for Large Chicken balls (got those by the way) and they forgot the chicken balls. Called the store and they said they packed it , accused me of lying and then when I didn’t back down they then said the Uber driver must have stolen them. Just wow. Absolutely abhorrent service. Yea. I can afford $120 worth of food but I’m gonna LIE about your $8 chicken balls

We found metal in our food and we went to the restaurant to get a refund and they didn't seem to care and offered us two $5 coupons.

Some of the staff need to learn how to speak to customers Food was ok. I will not be returning, there are other suitable alternatives for sushi

We have had sushi from here bother delivery and eat in. I actually prefer the delivery. Received our food when they said we would get it and it was still quite hot and fresh. Always delicious.
