To me that is the one thing that every single takeaway should do to boost their customer service. It makes a big difference! A lot of choice in Whitburn for similar foods but Flames is so consistent in the good quality of their food its now one of my favourites. The pricing is good and the quality high and consistent.

I travel over from shotts to get my food from here,no where else can touch the quality, friendly staff,and just amazing service all round.
Very welcoming, polite and talkative as you wait food is amazing!! Won’t go anywhere else for a donner pizza!?? perfect every time?
