Amazing! Washed the grill, brought sauce from the back, provided fresh ingredients, gave me a menu with all sauce recipes and allergens. Staff were super open to questions and used fresh utensils! 100% would go again

Server was very familiar with celiac concerns. Clear instructions to cooks who cleaned grill prior to cooking dish Server brought separate sauces to ensure no cross contamination with buffet sauces. Separate gluten free soy sauce also brought without asking.

Incredible, safe experience. Came for lunch felt safe. I was the first in line so I knew everything was fresh no cross contamination. But the server mentioned that they could prepare it fresh from the kitchen if I’d rather. The meal was cooked on a separate part of the grill with clean utensils.

For celiac, they had us pick our ingredients for our bowls and the chef got them fresh from the back to minimize CC and thoroughly cleaned the grill, new spatulas and kept everything distant. Unreal the amount of care they demonstrated and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend.

I haven’t been to a restaurant like this in years and I’m so glad I came! They took our allergies very serious. Grill was cleaned right in front of us. My partner is deadly allergic to shellfish so they actually prepped hers in the back kitchen. The absolutely understand all allergies and are actually knowledgeable. Dinner was AMAZING. Highly recommend.
