Elements in Whistler Village offers a delicious dining experience with a diverse menu of tapas-style dishes. The healthy hash and duck sausage are standout items. The pork belly and bison tapas are recommended, along with a Canadian pinot noir. The breakfast menu impresses with perfectly cooked eggs benedicts and unique dishes like potato croquettes. Vegan diners will appreciate the progressive options, including a vegan Wellington and desserts. The service is generally excellent, although limited staffing can lead to slower service at times. Despite some inconsistencies and crowded seating, Elements remains a top choice for a memorable meal in Whistler.
We had a 45 min wait for fritatta and scrambled eggs but great food when it came! We were staying in Summit Lodge so restaurant literally on doorstep.
Had one of the Benedicts. It was very good. Staff was very friendly and efficient. This is a popular place. Arrived 15 minutes before opening to get a table.
The menu has so many great sounding dishes it really is tough to make a choice. It's "tapas" style dining, although the plates of food are a good size and 2 per person will fill you up well. All the food was good quality, fresh and well presented, but the star of the show was the pork belly. We washed it down with an excellent canadian pinor noir (blue ridge).
Best bennies in the sea to sky. Bent stack and the goat cheese spinach benny are my favourites!
Have the Montreal smoked meat benny. Best. Thing. Ever.
