Elements in Whistler Village offers a delicious dining experience with a diverse menu of tapas-style dishes. The healthy hash and duck sausage are standout items. The pork belly and bison tapas are recommended, along with a Canadian pinot noir. The breakfast menu impresses with perfectly cooked eggs benedicts and unique dishes like potato croquettes. Vegan diners will appreciate the progressive options, including a vegan Wellington and desserts. The service is generally excellent, although limited staffing can lead to slower service at times. Despite some inconsistencies and crowded seating, Elements remains a top choice for a memorable meal in Whistler.
The personal was very friendly and there were several delicious vegan and vegetarian options available. not the cheapest, but it was worth for me.
I love this place. they are just a small place with a small menu, but they have several delicious, progressive vegan options and even a vegan wellington have! so beautiful to see a vegan dish with pastries for once! they have actually also desserts one or two good vegans. it is hard to get good vegan desserts in whistler, so it is great that they have them.
I had a fantastic time at Elements. With two vegan chefs on staff, they offer a wide variety of unique, flavorful, and innovative dishes. The Wellington was especially amazing! The food was full of flavor and they even had delicious vegan desserts. Definitely worth a visit for a night out, especially for a date night.
Best bennies in the sea to sky. Bent stack and the goat cheese spinach benny are my favourites!
Have the Montreal smoked meat benny. Best. Thing. Ever.
