We had a 45 min wait for fritatta and scrambled eggs but great food when it came! We were staying in Summit Lodge so restaurant literally on doorstep.
Went for breakfast this morning and instead of going to the Brasserie tried Elements for the first time. Excellent menu, great presentation, fast service and the eggs benedicts were as perfect as can be. So often you have to fight your way through the muffin it sits on but these were awesome.They gave us a mini fruit smoothie in a shot glass too, what a nice treat. The potato croquette was unique and tasty.
Das Elements ist von aussen ein kleines unscheinbares Restaurant in Whistler Village. Es befindet sich zwar im Zentrum, jedoch ein wenig abseits vom ganzen Trubel. Das Frühstück war top und schön zubereitet. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden sofort wieder hingehen :-)
Witchever choice of tapas will be just a delightful order!! Go for it!!
The tapas isn't that small. Just not main course size.
