This is not authentic Thai food at all. Be sure to check the entire menu before making a decision, as I found it misleading. My pineapple fried rice was dry and lacked both chicken and cashews, despite being advertised as such. Additionally, it tasted more Chinese than Thai. The egg rolls were also Chinese-style and didn’t come with any dipping sauce. This place should not be labeled as a Thai restaurant; they really need to reconsider their name.
It's called Ruby Thai, but they don't actually serve any Thai dishes. Instead, they offer a mix of various Asian cuisines. This isn't authentic Thai food.
