I placed an order but quickly realized it was at the wrong location. I called the restaurant ten times, and when the staff member finally answered, he refused to cancel my order. Now I'm being charged for something I’m far too away to pick up. Instead of helping, he argued with me and wouldn’t issue a refund. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional. I have proof that he didn't answer my calls until 6:19 PM, even though I started calling at 6:05 PM. I will not tolerate being gaslit, especially by someone who lacks the common sense to understand that customers are the reason for their paycheck. Without customers, their business wouldn’t survive. I’m appalled!
Horrible customer service, i called the store and spoke to George he took my order over the phone and seemed to understand what i wanted. I came to pick the order and left When i got back to the office with food for 3 people, the whole order was messed up and some things were missing. I called and spoke to George and he was very rude and did not want to correct my order, told me i had to reorder and pay again.... ontop of that he was so rude over the phone and hung up on me. I called back and asked why did he hang up on me and his answer was i am busy and slammed the phone again on me. The owner of this location needs to look into this and hire people that can deal nicely with customersI will never go back or recommend this Subway and will be contacting Corporate.If i could give negative stars to this location i would.
I placed an online order for takeout, but when I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up, my order had already been taken by someone else. The staff stated that they were not responsible for this situation and that I would have to cover the loss.
Gave me the wrong sub. I called asked to speak to a manager. He claimed he was the manager but when I explained my issue. He gave me someone else who also claimed he was a manager. When I told him what was wrong..he basically said I was lying and instead of saying sorry how can I help you..he said I'm the one who made the sandwich. If someone is telling you something is wrong. Your job is to help. Beside the fact. They do not speak or understand English..the least you can do is get an online order right and when someone tells you what's wrong. Help them. Customers make your business. I'm not looking for anything free but I do want what I paid for not what you claimed to give me. Worse customer service
