Siri Indian Restaurant - Wheeling

Terrific southern india cuisine. good service. we're coming back.

This was our first visit based on recommendations from some friends. eating was above average, but the service was terrible and very slow. it is a dysfunctional location with a person who runs the show that takes orders from all tables / customers and handling checks. others were waiters who clean up or put up the table. it took 45 minutes to get our food. we spent over 90 minutes most of them on attention and eating. a kerl wimmelte a kist of water glasses in the middle of the restaurant in the simple view that customers eat their dinner. the place has the potential to visit a good one. the waiters looked ashamed and not attentive to customer needs. I don't want to look at the place again, unless manager /eigenowners is proud to run a nice restaurant.

While we let the server know that this was eaten our first time in an Indian restaurant, it was not only helpful and unaccommodating, it did not miss the things she directed us, and was visibly disturbed when we expressed our dissatisfaction. while replacing our escape with others, the replacements arrived about 30 minutes and their descriptions of this article were as bad as the original articles. they should exhibit a disclaimer that if they do not experience in Indian cuisine, they have best their first experience at one of their competitors.

Food was good. Granted a big party came into other room, halfway during our stay, but I felt we were continually forgotten. Waiter a little disorganized

We found a mistake in check by our error waiter corrected it and without our pointing it out Honest business excellent
