I order my pizzas twice this year (January, 2024) and for a second time I got a wrong order. After calling the store I spoke with Louise if that is his real name. He didn’t even saw that there was a delivery made to me already, they mixed it up completely including toppings and crust. He was disrespectful by laughing in the back, putting me on hold 3 times in 8 minutes conversation. Also, didn’t even offer to fix it... View all feedback.
Buffalo chicken pizza blew me away and was actually one of the best pizzas I've had, and Simon is a great worker who put it all together.
Off late quality has gone bad drastically. Never pay attention to order customisations and full order. Disappointed with the order multiple times, this would be the last time I ordered from here. Got burned pizza this time. Got pepperoni pizza instead of cheese pizza. Garlic sauce dip is missed most of the time when i paid extra for the same. If i put instructions to cut square it is missed most of the time. Why give these options when instructions are not paid attention to.
