They look at you as if you inconvenienced them with your business... read more The most horrendous business on earth. Rude and always wrong orders. The staff hate everybody. They look at you as if you inconvenienced them with your business. This store should never stay open. I feel sorry for anyone who visits thisestablishment. Completely hideous.

The staff was very rude, mishandled my order, and even insulted me in Spanish by calling me "stupida"... read more This restaurant offers nothing but poor customer service. The staff was very rude, mishandled my order, and even insulted me in Spanish by calling me "stupida" in front of my children and other customers. It seemed like only Spanish speakers received decent service. When I tried to ask for the name of a team member, she refused to share it and didn’t have a name tag on. Additionally, both restrooms have been out of order for the past three weeks, so we couldn't wash our hands and there was no hand sanitizer available. I'm seriously concerned about how they manage COVID safety for their customers.
