The app allows you to order things that are out of stock, and then the employees cannot refund you for that in store. They’ll tell you to call or email customer service, and they’ll just ghost you also when you try contacting them. The franchise owner never provided their name or real contact info. My next step is contacting the BBB as they shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people.

Address was correct and when I clicked on the direction it told me it was this store. When I showed the cashier, She got snappy with me and told me th3 address was wrong when it was litteraly written on the building. App won't let me get a refund so I'm out 20 bucks. Never coming back.
