730pm on a Sunday. Drive thru so busy I waited in line for 20 minutes, without moving. Decided to go inside. At least 4 employees inside, doing NOTHING. And then the soft serve ice cream was so soft, it was dripping before I got back to the car. View all feedback.
I swear I only ever have problems at this dq they are beyond rude.
I get the chicken tender basket (honey bbq) almost everyday the staff there are fantastic!!! I love there food all the employees… #YouAreTheBest

This place only does business because it's the only ice cream place in Wheeling because this is a horrible restaurant it's always dirty they're always slow and they're extremely rude when you go there and the only reason the line is backed up again like I said because it's the only ice cream place around
