A very kind lady came over to help me, and it was really refreshing to encounter such friendliness. I will definitely return! By the way, the steak bowl was delicious. Great food combined with lovely staff makes for an unbeatable experience.

The most important... read more As soon as I arrived, I noticed a fairly long line. It felt like it wasn’t moving quickly, but in reality, it progressed at a moderate pace. The most important thing was that everyone remained calm. I ordered the fajita veggies, and they informed me it would take about 1-2 minutes to prepare, which was fine since I wasn’t the only one waiting. Overall, the food was excellent, the customer service was great, and the restaurant, Arta, was clean.

The burrito I received was so poorly wrapped it looked like a toddler had done it. The carne asada tasted like bad lamb, and the steak bowl was filled with such dry steak that I almost thought I had accidentally ordered chicken. Come on, Chipotle, you need to do better!
