The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite impressive, and the staff works seamlessly together. We ordered several dishes, and out of the two I tried, the strawberry dream was exceptional. I also had the coffee lover, which was just average. The coffee flavor wasn't very strong, but the addition of Heath bars did enhance the taste a bit.
The service was excellent and efficient. The rolls were expertly prepared, and the boba tea was full of flavor. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful.
Unfortunately, this year has seen a change in ownership, management, and staff when compared to last year. Today, I had the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. I tried to order my usual — a hot brown sugar tea with milk — but it was impossible to get what I wanted. I even ended up arguing with a lady who refused to serve me the drink I've been ordering for years. At this point, I’m disheartened, and I’ve decided I will never return to this establishment, regardless of whether I’m attending the Thursday music festival or not!
This place has some great ice cream however, the hours are confusing.I tried to find the hours for a Friday and: Store hours on Apple Maps and google maps say closes at 11pmStore hours on the door say 10pmStore hours here in yelp says 9pmOnly grip is twice now I've pulled up a bit before close and they lock the doors before the posted closing time. I get it's annoying for a last minute customer however it means something, other places typically honor that.Update: I tried to get some ice cream on the weekend and they changed the hours once again, closing at 8pm. This isn't listed anywhere. I'd call ahead if you're going to head there at night.
