Absolutely terrible experience! My wife ordered three takeaway meals for $28.50, which she was supposed to pick up later in the afternoon. We sent our daughter to collect and pay for the order, but Kingfisher Blue charged her $350.00 on the credit card, claiming that was the order total. I went here yesterday. Was greeted by the friendly female staff as we walked in. Ordered my souvlaki pack which comes with chips and drink altogether $24.50. Went to the fridge to get myself a bottle of orange juice however, the orange juices were passed their use by date, dated 08/10/23. (This could have been a terrible outcome as I am a pregnant woman and I must take food safety seriously). My souvlaki was prepared by a younger gentleman wearing a white hoodie, and there was a strand of hair in my souvlaki I still ate it anyway since that wasn’t going to kill me, wasn’t a very tasty souvlaki either. Moral of the story, always check your food before you eat from here.
Monash Gardens Retirement Village hosts a Happy Hour on the first Friday of each month. Every three months, we order up to 28 servings of fried flake, potato cakes, and chips. The food is always delivered on time, hot, fresh, and delicious, all at a reasonable price. The service is fantastic, and all the residents of the village are very happy with it.
The customer service is really good. They always say hi when you walk in the door. The food is good as well and it is not greasy.
