I went there this afternoon with mandy and she had the classic burger and a coke to drink, we both shared a medium chips together. the personal was nice to us and the service was amazing.

Had a paella to takeaway from here today. There was a fragrant smell of chicken on the open grill the moment I walked in, which was quite nice. The branch was a decent size with just over 10 tables of varying sizes, and there was a cosy ambience. However, the service was quite slow. Only one person was working the front counter and grill, so he was grilling as well as taking and managing orders. I waited for about 5 minutes before being served even though there was only one person ahead of me. Sadly I didn 't have a good experience here after ordering over $1,000 catering. It was all pre-ordered with pick-up time arranged for 6pm. Arriving just a little after 6pm, we were happy to see catering boxes already stacked near the kitchen. After settling the invoice, we realised only chips and probably 1/4 of the order was ready. The rest of the boxes were actually empty! We actually waited 50 minutes in store before our order was ready and had to follow-up numerous times as they couldn 't even let us know how far off they were other than it will all be ready soon . Don't go there for takeaway guys. Had to throw the food out. Corn precooked, yuk! Ribs were wingtips, no meat. Sweet potato fries messy. Total of nearly $17 wasted and went hungry.

Just had Nandos here tonight. Food was really nice, paella was so fresh and tasty and no food or staff complaints. But guys.. the ventilation in the place is awful. Walking in there was a haze of smoke from the kitchen covering the whole restaurant that never lifted even with the front door propped open. My boyfriend and I spent 20 minutes there tops to finish our meals and in that time his sinuses were severely affected and I had the beginnings of a headache from how smoky it is. It cannot be healthy for the Staff or customers.
